Alex Bouzari
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder
Alex Bouzari brings more than twenty years of experience in the storage industry and a wealth of knowledge in running profitable, fast growth technology companies. Prior to co-founding DataDirect Networks, Mr. Bouzari served as CEO of Personal Writer, Inc., and co-founder of MegaDrive Systems, Inc. Mr. Bouzari holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Engineering and Economics from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), with graduate studies in Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Stanford University.

Paul Bloch
Paul Bloch co-founded DataDirect Networks, and brings over twenty five years of experience in starting, growing and successfully managing technology businesses, including serving as the President of DataDirect Networks, Inc, Personal Writer, Inc., and MegaDrive Systems, Inc. Previously, Mr. Bloch enjoyed a successful tenure as a director for Hi-Tech Consulting Group, a European management consulting firm based in the United States. Mr. Bloch graduated with an Engineering degree from National Superior School of Telecommunications (ENST) in France and a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the California Institute of Technology (Caltech).

Jean-Luc Chatelain
Jean-Luc Chatelain is currently the Executive Vice President of Strategy & Technology at DDN. Most recently, Chatelain was as a distinguished Hewlett-Packard Fellow responsible for successfully leading HP's Information Optimization strategy, steering the entry of HP into the ILM space. Chatelain also founded Persist Technologies Inc., a leader in reference information storage software which was acquired by HP. Prior to that, Chatelain co-invented the SmartCell™, the world’s first application-centric enterprise storage technology, and created a breakthrough medical imaging workflow technology for Cemax-Icon, which experienced significant growth as a result of this innovation before being acquired by Imation/Eastman Kodak.

Joseph L. Cowan
Joseph L. Cowan serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Online Resources Corporation since June 2010, and has been a director since June 2010. From June 2009 to June 2010, Mr. Cowan served as a consultant with Vector Capital, a venture capital investment firm. Mr. Cowan served as chief executive officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Interwoven Inc., a provider of content management software, from April 2007 until its acquisition by Autonomy, Inc. in March 2009. He served as chief executive officer and a director of Manugistics Group, Inc., a provider of supply chain management software, from July 2004 to July 2006. From November 2002 to December 2003, Mr. Cowan served as president and chief executive officer and a director of EXE Technologies, Inc., a provider of supply chain execution and warehouse management systems. From April 2001 to November 2002, he served as president and chief executive officer of Invensys Automation & Information Systems, a business unit of Invensys plc. From July 2000 to April 2001, Mr. Cowan served as president and chief executive officer of Wonderware, a business unit of Invensys plc, and from April 1998 to July 2000 he served as senior vice president, sales and marketing, of Wonderware. Mr. Cowan currently serves as a director of Blackboard Inc., a leading provider of enterprise software applications and related services to the education industry Mr. Cowan received a BS degree from Auburn University and an MS degree from Arizona State University.

John C. Dorman
John Dorman is currently a private investor. Most recently, Mr. Dorman served as chairman, president and chief executive officer for online banking services company Digital Insight Corporation. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President and General Manager of Global Financial Services at Oracle, where he was responsible for product development, services and sales to banks and brokerage firms worldwide. Mr. Dorman also served as chairman, CEO and founder of Treasury Services Corporation, and Treasurer of Union Bank of California. Dorman currently serves as a board member at Online Resources Corporation, Deepdyve and the Yosemite Conservancy.
Mr. Dorman received a B.A. from Occidental College and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.

Ivan "Vania" Lazarev
Ivan Lazarev is a seasoned executive manager and business development leader in the events information management and services industry. For over 20 years, Mr. Lazarev has led corporate strategy by delivering innovative and intuitive technology solutions that empower the exchange of business and establishment of rewarding business relationships.
Mr. Lazarev currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of ITN International, an international technology provider to the event marketing industry. Previous to ITN, Mr. Lazarev held executive positions at RCS and VCS Group.

Patrick Zerbib
Patrick Zerbib has extensive expertise at managing corporate governance and strategy in complex enterprise software and technology organizations. With over twenty years of hands-on experience in advising and supporting enterprise technology providers and consumers, Mr. Zerbib has proven leadership capability to drive top-line and bottom-line organizational results.
Mr. Zerbib currently serves as Managing Director of effiScience, an international technology provider focused on solving complex business issues by leveraging an innovative, state of the art technology platform to derive insight from complex data environments. Previously, Mr. Zerbib held strategic managerial positions at Deloitte Consulting, Adventis Corp. and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Roger Biscay
Roger Biscay is an accomplished financial management leader, currently serving as the Vice President and Treasurer of worldwide networking leader, Cisco Systems. Prior to Cisco, Mr. Biscay held trading and sales positions in the foreign exchange, fixed income and equity markets at Lehman Brothers, Paribas Capital Markets and Royal Bank of Canada.

Thomas E. Hogan
Thomas E. Hogan most recently served as the EVP of Sales, Marketing, and Strategy for the Hewlett Packard Corporation. Past roles included: EVP of Software at HP, CEO of Vignette, SVP of Sales & Operations at Siebel Systems. Hogan has served on multiple public boards. He resides in Austin, Texas where he is also active with philanthropy and community service.

William (Bill) C. Louv
Bill Louv is currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at Glaxo Smith Kline where he has risen through the ranks, since joining the company in 1994 as Vice President of Medical Data Sciences. Prior to joining GSK, Bill held positions of increasing responsibility at Marion Merrell Dow including Vice President of Global Statistics and Clinical Data Management. Prior to joining the pharmaceutical industry, he was an associate professor of epidemiology and biostatistics at the University of Alabama Medical Center.
Bill has a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the College of William and Mary, and Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy degrees in Statistics from the University of Florida. Bill has held memberships in a variety of public health and statistical organisations and published articles in over 25 professional journals.

Marc I. Stern
Marc I. Stern is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of 40-year old money management firm TCW, a member of the Management Committee of Société Générale Group and Chairman of Société Générale's Global Investment Management and Services (GIMS) North America unit. Prior to joining TCW in 1990, Mr. Stern held executive positions at SunAmerica, Inc., The Henley Group, Inc. Allied-Signal Inc. and law firm Debevoise & Plimpton.
