ELIGIBILITY: Open to individuals, who are 21 as of the date of entry and are physically present at the DDN AI Factory Bus during NVIDIA GTC in California. Employees of DataDirect Networks, Inc. (the “Company”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. To the extent permissible by local law, the Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California and all claims must be resolved in the United States. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on March 16, 2026 at 7:00AM PST and ends on ends March 18, 2026 at 7:00PM PST. The DDN Factory AI Bus will be open from 7:00AM PST to 9:00PM PST daily; however demo participation and quiz participation are available daily between 7:00AM PST and 7:00PM PST each day during the Giveaway Period. All entries must be completed during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) separate giveaways as described below. No purchase, payment, or sales commitment is required to enter or win. Participation in any demonstration, quiz, or related activity is voluntary and provided solely for promotional and educational engagement purposes.
Demo Giveaway Entry (LEGO Prize):
To receive one (1) entry into the LEGO prize drawing, an eligible participant must: (1) be physically present at the DDN AI Factory Bus during the Giveaway Period; and (2) complete a qualifying product demonstration (approximately 3-5 minutes in length). Completion of the demonstration qualifies the participant to receive one (1) entry into the Demo Giveaway drawing. Ten (10) LEGO prizes are available int his drawing.
AI Factory Quiz Giveaway Entry (Oakley Prize):
To receive one (1) entry into the Oakley prize drawing, an eligible participant must: (1) be physically present at the DDN AI Factory Bus during the Giveaway Period; and (2) complete and pass the AI Factory quiz (approximately seven (7) questions) with a score of 80% or higher. Participants who achieve a score of 80% or higher will receive one (1) entry into the AI Factory Quiz Giveaway drawing. Three (3) Oakley prizes are available in this drawing.
Limit one (1) entry per participant per prize category during the Giveaway Period. Entries in the Demo Giveaway and the AI Factory Quiz Giveaway are separate and will not be combined. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple identities or other methods may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Company.
RANDOM DRAWINGS: Drawings will be held each day during the Giveaway Period.
Demo Giveaway Drawing (LEGO Prize):
Ten (10) winners will be selected in multiple random drawings conducted as follows:
- Three (3) winners will be selected on Monday March 16, 2026;
- Three (3) winners will be selected on Tuesday March 17, 2026; and
- Four (4) winners will be selected on Wednesday March 18, 2026.
Each daily drawing will be conducted among all eligible Demo Giveaway entries received up to the time of the applicable drawing. Entries not selected in an earlier drawing will remain eligible for subsequent LEGO drawings during the Giveaway Period.
AI Factory Quiz Giveaway Entry (Oakley Prize):
Three (3) winners will be selected in separate random drawings conducted as follows:
- One (1) winner will be selected on Monday March 16, 2026;
- One (1) winner will be selected on Tuesday March 17, 2026; and
- One (1) winner will be selected on Wednesday March 18, 2026.
Each daily drawing will be conducted among all eligible entries submitted by participants who achieved a qualifying quiz score of eighty percent (80%) or higher and who completed the quiz prior to the applicable drawing time. Entries not selected in an earlier drawing will remain eligible for subsequent Oakley drawings during the Giveaway Period.
All drawings will be conducted by the Company, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in each respective drawing at the time of each drawing. Winners do not need to be present at the time of the drawing to win.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES (“ARV”): Ten (10) LEGO Smart Play Kits: Luke’s Red Five X-Wing with the approximate retail value at $89.99 each. The total ARV of all LEGO prizes is $899.90. Three (3) Oakley Meta Vanguard Sunglasses (Black with Prizm Road Frames) with the approximate retail value at $499.00 each. The total ARV of all Oakley prizes is $1,497.00. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Company. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Company’s discretion.
Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied by the Company. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for the Company to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Giveaway with within five (5) days following the drawings. To claim prizes, all relevant documents must be signed and returned to the Company within fifteen (15) business days from the time the affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release and W-9 form, as applicable, have been sent by Company, or the prize will be forfeited and another potential winner will be drawn. The Company shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
PRIVACY POLICY: By participating in this Giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that the Company will process their personal information (including a valid e‐mail address, first and last name, company, job title, phone number and country/state) submitted with an entry in accordance with the Privacy Policy posted on the Company website at https://www.ddn.com/privacy-policy/. By entering this Giveaway, participants consent that their personal information may be transferred to recipients in the United States and other countries that may not offer the same level of privacy protection as the laws in their country of residence or citizenship, as further explained in the Privacy Policy. Personal information will be used and processed for the purposes of organizing, running, and monitoring the Giveaway and prize fulfillment, including publishing winner’s names and countries of residence online. Participants have the right to access, withdraw, and correct their personal information. Participants may request such action by contacting privacy@ddn.com.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By entering the Giveaway, participants agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Giveaway, and release and hold harmless the Company and their affiliates, directors, officers, employees and assigns from and against any liability, claims, lawsuits, judgments, losses, damages of any kind, injuries, death, property damage, costs and expenses, arising from, resulting from or in connection with the Giveaway, the participation in the Giveaway, or the receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize. The Company is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered or illegible entries or for lost or stolen entry boxes or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Giveaway, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties which may occur in connection with the administration of the Giveaway, the processing of entries, the announcement of the prizes, or in any Giveaway-related materials. The Company is not responsible for technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of the Giveaway or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by the Company, will be disqualified and all associated entries will be void. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway if it is not capable of running as planned, including, but not limited to, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or phone line failures or any other problems beyond the control of the Company, and select the winners for affected drawing(s) from among all eligible entries timely received for such affected drawing(s) prior to cancellation.
